DESCRIPTION:Family Day is this Friday and Saturday and we are very excited to spend Friday and Saturday with the parents! Below is an itinerary of events for the weekend.  Friday\, February 22\, 2013      7:00-10:00 AM                     Continental Breakfast                                              Parents and students are invited to enjoy in a continental breakfast as parents sign  in.  Located in the Student Lounge.    8:00 AM-12:30 PM              Parents go to Class    Parents will accompany students to their class and experience what a day in the life of a student is like.     12:40 PM                                  Lunch Reception with Chancellor Weiss    There will be a lunch reception for parents and students with Chancellor Weiss in the McKernan Auditorium where the Chancellor will greet parents and answer questions.    7:30-10:00 PM                        Laissez Les Bons Temps Rouler Masquerade Mixer   -Love Purple\, Live Gold    This will be a chance for parents and students to relax after a long day of class\, dress up\, enjoy the sounds of  live music by "Michael Liuzza and Café Au Lait" in the Royal Cotillion Ballroom. There will be beer and wine along with a cash bar. The Royal Cotillion Ballroom is located across the street from the Law Center inside the Student Union of the main campus. The attire for this event is Cocktail Casual. Feel free to bring a masquerade mask!  Saturday\, February 23\, 2013  12:00-3:00 PM                        LSU Law Family BBQ and Carnival                      On the Parade Grounds across the street from the Law Center\,  we will tailgate with BBQ catered by Vodoo BBQ\, Live Music by "Rebennack & The Megan Miller Band" and a carnival of games. Carnival games will include Air Hockey\, Bean Bag toss\, Ski Ball\, a Dunking Booth (professors are encouraged to participate)\, and other games.    The rain location is inside the Law Center.     6:00 PM                                  LSU vs. BYU Men Baseball                                    There will be an "LSU Law Parents Day section" at the LSU vs. BYU Men's Baseball game.    The game is at Alex Box Stadium\, and tickets ate  $10 for adults\, $5 for kids\, plus a $2 processing fee on the total order. You will have the option to select either ‘Print At Home” or pick up the tickets at “Will-Call" before the game. Please follow the link and enter the login and password.
