SBA: Appellate Advocacy – Mr. Allan Van Fleet on the Amicus Brief in Fisher case
Texas Lawyer, Allan Van Fleet, filed an amicus brief in Fisher v. Univ. Texas on behalf of the Family of Heman Sweatt. The SBA is sponsoring a talk by Mr. Van Fleet in room 106 at 4 p.m., Nov. 15, and a reception thereafter, from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m., in the courtyard behind the Law Center.
