Application period for Fall Clinics & Externships
The application period for Fall 2013 Clinics and Externships will be online beginning Thursday, Feb. 21 through Monday, March 4 at 11:59pm. You must submit your application online during this time period in order to be considered for a spot in one of these courses. With a few exceptions, Clinics and Externships are open to rising 2L’s and 3L’s. To review the placements being offered, click on the A-Z Index on the LSU Law Center homepage. Then, click on the Clinics & Externships link to read about what courses are being offered in the Fall. Be prepared to upload a resume and a Statement of Interest as part of the application. If you have specific questions, you may email the Clinic and Externship professors, or Brenda Salassi, Clinic Coordinator, at brenda.salassi@law.lsu.edu.

Veteran Services Legal Training
We are holding a training session where students will be trained to help veterans with legal issues such as VA disability claims and obtaining discharge upgrades. Col. Howard Bushey will be the attorney who will provide the training.
