Application period for Fall Clinics & Externships
The application period for Fall 2013 Clinics and Externships will be online beginning Thursday, Feb. 21 through Monday, March 4 at 11:59pm. You must submit your application online during this time period in order to be considered for a spot in one of these courses. With a few exceptions, Clinics and Externships are open to rising 2L’s and 3L’s. To review the placements being offered, click on the A-Z Index on the LSU Law Center homepage. Then, click on the Clinics & Externships link to read about what courses are being offered in the Fall. Be prepared to upload a resume and a Statement of Interest as part of the application. If you have specific questions, you may email the Clinic and Externship professors, or Brenda Salassi, Clinic Coordinator, at brenda.salassi@law.lsu.edu.
IPLA Focus on Inventors: Yellow Jacket
IPLA is proud to present a group of LSU grads who have invented their own product that is available on the market – the Yellow Jacket is the first ever iPhone stun gun case and it is now available for purchase. The Yellow Jacket team will discuss how they came to develop their idea, work with local attorneys, protect their liabilities, and build their brand.
