Application period for Fall Clinics & Externships
The application period for Fall 2013 Clinics and Externships will be online beginning Thursday, Feb. 21 through Monday, March 4 at 11:59pm. You must submit your application online during this time period in order to be considered for a spot in one of these courses. With a few exceptions, Clinics and Externships are open to rising 2L’s and 3L’s. To review the placements being offered, click on the A-Z Index on the LSU Law Center homepage. Then, click on the Clinics & Externships link to read about what courses are being offered in the Fall. Be prepared to upload a resume and a Statement of Interest as part of the application. If you have specific questions, you may email the Clinic and Externship professors, or Brenda Salassi, Clinic Coordinator, at brenda.salassi@law.lsu.edu.

Deadline Extension – Exam Deferral Petitions
Notice to 2L and 3L Students:
The deadline for requesting examination deferrals has been extended until March 15, 2013. Please be sure to submit the form requesting the examination deferral by the March 15 deadline. We very much appreciate your cooperation with regard to this deadline.
After the March 15 deadline, no deferrals will be granted except when circumstances arising after March 15 necessitate and require such a deferral, such as illness or other exceptional circumstances.
