Spring 2013 Flory Trial Final Round
The championship round of the Spring 2013 Ira S. Flory Mock Trial Competition will be held at 6:00 pm in the Robinson Courtroom at the Law Center on March 11, 2013. A reception will precede the final round in the Student Lounge. Named in honor of the late professor of the Law Center, the Ira S. Flory Mock Trial Competition is open to all second-and third-year law students and provides an excellent opportunity to hone trial practice skills. Held each semester, the fall Flory trial is traditionally a criminal case, while the spring Flory trial is a civil case. This semester’s case, Rose Hazlett v. Wainwright Grocery Stores, Inc., is a slip and fall case.
