Student Bar Association Elections
The Student Bar Association will hold its elections for the 2013-2014 Student Bar Association on Monday, March 25 until Tuesday, March 26 at 7:00pm. Voting will be conducted online via an email that you will receive in your LSU e-mail accounts. The Elections Forum will be held on Thursday, March 21 at 3:30 pm. All students will be able to vote for the Executive Board and their respective class officers.
Introduction to Electronic Discovery
Prof. Brooks will introduce the fundamental methods and challenges of “e-discovery,” including best practices and strategic considerations
arising from the use of technology in the discovery of electronically stored information. (This presentation is designed to supplement the
study of discovery in Basic Civil Procedure II. It is intended for first-year students, but upper-level students who missed it last year can attend.)
