This is the table in the middle of the Clinic Conference Room. To connect a laptop you will need to use the VGA cable located in the cable cubby at the head of the table.
This is the cable cubby containing the cables needed to connect a laptop.
From left: (1) Ethernet cable, (2) audio cable, and (3) VGA cable. Plug the VGA cable and audio cable into your laptop’s VGA input and headphone jack.
To connect to the LCD projector you will need to connect the VGA cable to the VGA input on your laptop.

For audio to be delivered from the laptop to the room speakers, it is necessary to connect the 1/8-inch audio cable to the headphone jack on the laptop.

In order to connect your laptop to the Internet, you will need to connect an Ethernet cable to the Ethernet port on the laptop. Most laptops will indicate the Ethernet port using the symbol located on the left of the port in the picture.

Note that depending on the type of laptop, the VGA connection, Ethernet port and headphone jack could be located in different positions.
Once your laptop is connected via the VGA cable and the optional audio jack, press the PC button in the middle of the Computer & Video Center controls in the Cable Cubby. The screen will descend and the projector will turn on, showing the image from the laptop.
